Transforming Lives, Inc. (TLI) is looking for Behavior Interventionists / Paraprofessionals to help guide our K-12 students to success.  Behavior Interventionists provides intensive one-on-one and group behavioral support and academic instruction to students in a regular and special education setting, and are able to foster a classroom environment based on the principles of trauma informed care and restorative practices. Behavior Interventionists collaborate with teachers, clinicians, paraprofessionals, and other colleagues to develop and carry out individualized behavior interventions for all students.

Our behavior interventionists are salaried, full-time employees with full benefits that include medical/dental insurance; life insurance; 401(k); and paid time off.

The ideal candidate has at least one year's experience working with youth, and has passed the ParaPro exam.  Candidates must possess a high school diploma.

Our Behavior Interventionists work collaboratively with teams of education and mental health professionals to provide alternative education services to students who have struggled with behavior in their traditional public schools.  Our mission is to help our youth feel connected, valued, and challenged to positively transform their lives.
